Fate lo stesso con gli asparagi e appena cotti tagliateli a tocchetti. Tagliate a rondelle le zucchine e friggetele in olio ben caldo, sgocciolateli su carta da cucina. In una padella con il burro fate dorare la cipolla tritata appena pronta unite il radicchio, unite 2-3 cucchiai di vino bianco, salate pepate e fate cuocere per 5 minuti. Se la vostra risposta è si ecco una ricetta gustosa per voi.&amp;nbsp; Questa ricetta l’ho cucinata ed è davvero molto gustosa.Questi sono gli ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; 400 g di fusilli&lt;br /&gt; 20 pomodorini&lt;br /&gt; 150 g di funghi puliti&lt;br /&gt; 100 g di pomodorini ciliegino&lt;br /&gt; 1/2 cipolla&lt;br /&gt; Olio d’oliva&lt;br /&gt; Parmigiano grattugiato&lt;br /&gt; Sale&lt;br /&gt; Pepe&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Pulite i funghi eliminando la parte terrosa, lavateli velocemente, asciugateli e tagliateli a fettine sottili.
